Please read before coming to Cattails Golf Club:
Patrons MUST wear a mask when entering Cattails Golf Club STARTING IMMEDIATELY.
Booking/Check-in:
Check-in is located in the clubhouse, behind the bar area. Masks are required.
Restrooms are now open inside, as well as additional Portable restrooms on the course. We are continuously sanitizing throughout the clubhouse multiple times a day and taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s health. Our staff is operating with an overabundance of caution. Cattails staff has been educated on the importance of sanitation for the health of everyone and are taking these precautions seriously.
Alcoholic Beverages:
Cattails Golf Club bar is OPEN!!!!! Outside alcohol cannot be brought to the course. Our staff has been instructed if they see anyone bringing in outside alcohol to the course to tell the customer to dump out the beverage that they have and return any unopened beverages they have to their car. If our staff confiscates any outside alcohol we are not allowed to give it back, we have to dump it out. This applies to us throughout the year not just under the current executive orders. We thank you for understanding and cooperation!
Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage:
Our turn menu is available along with our dining-in menu! Come in after your round or league, and we will be happy to serve you! Tables have been spaced out 6ft apart from one another, and we cannot seat groups of 6 or more at one table. We can most certainly split larger groups up to accommodate you. Menus are placed on our tables as well as our clubhouse. Menus are thrown away after each use, tables and chairs are being sanitized after each use as well. Waitstaff, bar staff, pro shop staff, and cooks are all wearing masks, and gloves. Cattails staff has been educated on the importance of sanitation for the health of everyone and are taking these precautions seriously.
We will only be using disposable products for serving food and beverages. For food, we will be using the paper boats, plates, and pre-packaged plastic silverware. We will also be using prepacked condiments.
Golf Carts/Course:
Carts are available! No restrictions.
You are more than welcome to walk the course if you are more comfortable with that. Being that we are not usually a “walking” course we do not provide pull carts. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
On the course cups have been flipped upside down, bunker rakes and ball washers have been removed, there is no water on the course and flagsticks must stay in the hole at all times.
Golf Carts are being cleaned and sanitized between each use. Our staff is taking an overabundance of caution when it comes to our patrons and staffs safety.
As the CDC has recommended; wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, cover your cough/sneeze, avoid touching face with unwashed hands, avoid handshakes, avoid contact with people who are sick and please stay home if you are sick or have come into contact with someone else who is sick. Please bring your own personal hand sanitizer, and please do not share food or drink. While playing golf, leave the pin in, forget the 1st and 18th hole handshake, practice social distancing, consider walking and not riding.
Cattails Golf Club is committed to the health and safety of our community, if you have any questions or concerns please call 248-486-8777 ext 2.
